We are currently in the selection process for our 2012 monthly meeting sites. We are committed to offering our members excellent education as well as the opportunity to showcase their property or venue. If you are a new member to HSMAI, have exciting changes to show the hospitality industry or haven't hosted a meeting this past year, we encourage you to host a meeting. All venues are welcome to submit a proposal. Please take a look at the details below and the benefits on the second page. We look forward to bringing our members to your location and appreciate your support!

Attendance:
Approximately 75-100 people.
F&B/Set-Up Requirements:
Crescent rounds of six
Podium/Microphone and LCD projector/screen complimentary
Registration Area: Two 6' Registration Tables, 3 Chairs, Trash Can, 2 Easels - additional tables as needed.
Provide food & beverage to accommodate the guaranteed number of attendees. Menu is at the discretion of the host property. The intent is to "showcase" and promote your location. An upscale menu and presentation is encouraged. Audio visual requests beyond the above requests will be discussed on an individual basis.
Additional Meeting Space:
The HSMAI Board of Directors holds their meetings in conjunction with the monthly meeting on an every other month basis (January, March, April, and October). We require an additional room for 15 people from 9:00pm - 11:00am. No food or beverage required.

Opportunity: To sponsor the meal function to include ALL food and non-alcoholic beverages on a complimentary basis, and provide necessary audio visual equipment as indicated above.
