One of HSMAI's biggest events of the year, the 2005 Annual Golf Tournament was recently held at the Stonecreek Golf Club. The fun-filled day included a round of golf on the beautiful Stonecreek Golf course, great giveaways, including some awesome gifts from our title sponsor, raffles, a live auction, and great West Cpast Swing Awards Luncheon and BBQ.

The HSMAI Golf Committee thanks all the attendees, sponsors and contributors to a wonderful 2005 event. It is also very important that we acknowledge the care, concern and meticulous detail provided by Colby Hutchinson and the tournament staff of the Stonecreek Golf Club. Colby was endlessly patient, extremely flexible and he and his staff went the extra mile to be gracoious hosts. As a Golf committee, we simply could not have found a group of people more receptive to our requests.

We would be remiss if we did not also thank Jill Mann of The Phoenician for securing a very committed title sponsor. CMC Custom Gifts provided memorable tee favors for each participant and could not have been more helpful in helping us create a first-rate presentation on the 20th of September. Many Golf committee members were at the course prior to 6am to assist with preparation and staging of the event. Cheryl Street and Linda Ruby made special trip to Stonecreek to lend support on the day of the tournament. Finally, Tiffany Nelson's professionalism and savvy allowed us to get through what could have been a very protracted awards ceremony in a much shorter period of time. Tiffany made short work of the hecklers in the audience and allowed the post-tournament awards reception to be the highlight of the event.

If you were able to play in the 2005 event, we appreciate your support and that of your firm. If you were unable to attend, we want you to know that we value your participation in future events. While our chapter will benefit from your time at the course, all of us believe you will also find the HSMAI Golf Tournament relaxing, enjoyable and a productive way to interact with your peers.
