Rich Bardon at Orange Tree Golf Resort:
"At the January HSMAI networking roundtable meeting, I sat at a table with Rich Bardon. When asked to share how we could help bring business to each other, he mentioned that I was welcome to bring my company's annual golf tournament back to Orange Tree. That event wasn't coming back to the Valley this year, but it got me thinking...
"As President of the Arizona Business Travel Association (AZBTA), I was very involved in planning the 2003 golf tournament, so I called Rich. We chose Orange Tree over the other courses that submitted proposals primarily because I knew that it would be great to do business with a fellow HSMAI member. I was right!
